We are offering a gourmet delight of food shopping with a little lunch and a view of the the Almeria historic city centre (no shopping malls for you, nor branded stores - we Hispanophiles love the traditional Spain with beautiful cigar shops, hats, hams and shoes.) We will transport you from your door (within reason), we bring the cold boxes with ice for your purchases and follow you around like personal shoppers (and collect your bags and return them to the car). We will also bring you home, following the eating and drinking, shopping and sightseeing fest, so no driving necessary at all… for you.

Breakfast and lunch at the market with fresh food bought from the fish or meat market.  We can tailor make your day according to your wishes. All inclusive tour, 138 euros per person. Transport, local advice, all the highlights of the historic centre topped off with nibbles, lunch with wine or beer (or soft drinks!)

GUIDED TOUR - DAY TRIP (January to December)

Small group or private tour of the stunning and picturesque Cabo de Gata protected natural park area, wetlands, flamingos, bird hides and stunning scenery across land and sea including breakfast, as well as lunch, wine and beer, at a "SECRET SPAIN" special fishing village restaurant location, Almeria.

ON REQUEST - (Any day of your choice - subject to availability - also offered as private shore excursion from cruise ships docking in Almeria port)

SECRET SPAIN will show you Almeria’s incredible sights, tastes and the stunning natural beauty of the area, travelling through the treasured protected site of the natural park area of Cabo de Gata, including a traditional paella lunch in the waterside restaurant in a tiny fishing village. Visit the bird hides, museum and stunning heights of the Mirador at Las Sirenas with breath taking views out to sea. The area has been recently visited by a New York Times travel writer who claimed that the beaches in Cabo de Gata were some of the most beautiful in Europe he had ever visited.

Optional extras - one-and-a-half hour boat trip around the coves and reefs of Cabo de Gata (additional 40 euros per person - summer months only, ON REQUEST, required to book in advance). OR kayaking (additional 45 euros per person for 3 hour tour).

Full day trip including all inclusive restaurant four course lunch (including wine, beer, water and coffee), transport, entrances and British guide (with fluent Spanish) - FROM €128 (Euro) per person.

A 50 euro oer person deposit is required on reservation for this tour. Pick-up points from Sorbas, Los Gallardos, Mojacar, Turre, Vera, Almeria City and cruise ships for shore excursion at the port or FROM WHERE YOU ARE from around 9.00 in the morning and return at around 17.00. Please ask if you are out of the area, we will try to oblige.
